Join the American Legion Riders of Lebanon, Indiana for a ride in memory of Western Boone High School Graduate who gave his life in service of his country. AMVETS Post #23 Ride

 

On the weekend of April 25 through the 26. the Sons of AMVETS Post #23 is holding their annual Fire Watch. The Watch Fire will be lit on April 25 at 3:00 p.m. The AMVETS Riders of Post #23 are having a ride to honor all vets April 25. We will be leaving the AMVETS Post in Hartford City at 10:00 a.m. and riding to AMVETS Post 33 in Fort Wayne. When we return, we will stop at the Veterans Park in Hartford City. This park is on the west side of the Square. This is a free ride. Please come and show your support. For more information, contact the AMVETS Post at 765-348-5108.

Come spend a great day and help support The American Cancer Society & Stevie’s College Fund – Stevie Ray Style.  Registration starts at Noon at MugShots Café located at 6525 North College Avenue (317) 251-5562.  $15 per person, includes a Stevie Ray Memorial Poker Run Flame Bandana.  $10 for second hand or back seat.  Kickstands Up at 1:00pm.  In memory of beloved Mug-Shots’ Steven L. Ray who passed away on March 17th, 2009 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident in Westfield on March 16th.  A U.S. Marine Veteran, Cancer Survivor and host for the Annual ‘Ride to Remember’ on 9-11.  All proceeds will be shared between the The American Cancer Society & Stevie’s Childrens College Fund.  Poker Hands, Door Prizes, 50/50’s, Hog Roast and Live Music with Davey & The Chorus Caravan.

7th Annual Ride for the Troops - Sunday April 26th 1:30pm. Darrough Chapel Park - Kokomo. 3/10 of a mile north of Markland Ave. on Goyer Rd. NO COST! Just show your patriotism. For those closer to Tipton, meet at Tipton Park Pavillion at approx. 2:15pm. No matter your opinion on current events - show support for those serving our country and our veterans! Go on the 75 mile ride for those who can't be here. Put a flag on your bike, wear red, white and blue or anything to show your support for those serving. This will be canceled in the event of storms.
